Zagreb, January 30 (CP) — The TLM Sibenik-based aluminium producer management is considering accepting Adrial’s takeover bid. The offered price of 140 kuna per share is said to be appropriate. Adrial is planning to keep 1,400 workers and invest 107 million euro into the company.

Zagreb, January 30 (CP) — The PM Ivo Sanader has said that the Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has crossed the line of in regular diplomatic relations between two countries.
