Former Constitutional Court Judge Vice Vukojevic To Be Tried for Rape

Zagreb, January 30 (CP) – The trial of former Constitutional Court judge Vice Vukojevic suspected of raping a young Bosnian Moslem woman at the Vojno prison camp near Mostar in 1993 is to begin in spring.
The raped woman, now living in the United States is prepared to travel to Croatia in order to testify in court.
Vukojevic was safe from trial up until December 7 of last year, as he enjoyed Constitutional Court judge immunity.
