Adrial Offer Acceptable to TLM

Zagreb, January 30 (CP) — The TLM Sibenik-based aluminium producer management is considering accepting Adrial’s takeover bid. The offered price of 140 kuna per share is said to be appropriate. Adrial is planning to keep 1,400 workers and invest 107 million euro into the company.
Adrial was founded by the Dalekovod, Konstruktor-inzinjering, Aluflexpakc, Feal and Zagreb Montaza consortium.
