Mafia-style Shooting Victim Vinko Rodic Dies in Zagreb Hospital of Wounds Sustained

Zagreb, February 18 (CP) – Vinko Rodic, who was shot several times at a bar in Zagreb’s Dubrava residential quarter, has died from his wounds.
The mafia-style killing happened in a bar owned by Rodic’s brother Sebastian, as a group of people was celebrating Kosovo independence declaration on Sunday evening.
Rodic was immediately rushed to a near-by hospital and was placed on a ventilator, but nothing more could be done for him, so he died in the afternoon hours of Monday.
His attacker fled the scene and has not been identified so far.
