Croatian Capital Zagreb Hit by a 3.3 Magnitude Quake

Zagreb, March 6 (CP) – A quake of 3.3 magnitude shook the Croatian capital Zagreb at 8:40 p.m. on Wednesdays, the epicentre situated some 10 kilometres South-West of Zagreb.
The quake did not cause serious material damage, but land and mobile telephone lines were briefly cut following the tremor.
The last quake that scared the residents of Zagreb happened in January 2006 and it measured 3.5 on the Richter scale.
