March 14th, 2008
Zagreb, March 14 (CP) – The fourth day of the trial of three Croatian generals, Ante Gotovina, Ivan Cermak and Mladen Markac, a prosecution witness said she personally did not witness any crimes being committed, but heard of this happening.
The trial is to continue on April 7 after a 3-week recess.
The ICTY judiciary council has denied Gen. Cermak temporary release until the continuation of proceedings and announced it would put forth the reasons for this later in the day.
