Croatian Food Lables Harmonization with EU Discussed
March 25th, 2008
Zagreb, March 25 (CP) — The Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Agriculture are organizing a meeting to discuss the latest proposal of how to regulate food labels and advertising.
Regulations that are currently in use were adopted in 2004 and had generally harmonized Croatian regulations with those of the European Union.
However, the EU has changed its regulations and Croatia is required to do the same.
