Dubrovnik Battered by Twisters on Monday Afternoon
March 25th, 2008
Zagreb, March 25 (CP) – The coastal town of Dubrovnik was battered by bad weather on Monday with mini-tornados hitting the area accompanied by wind and hale.
The storm witnessed by the residents of the region was said to had also produced lots of hale and at least 12 twisters.
The locals have said that if this were a movie it would have seemed to be stretching reality to the limits, as they could not believe what they saw.
Allegedly, the inclement weather in the region is said to be brought on by the Cicero cyclone responsible for the recent strange weather including a white Easter in Croatia.
