Croatian Privatisation Fund Announces It would Put out Tenders for Imota and Adriachem

Zagreb, March 25 (CP) — The Croatian Privatisation Fund (HFP) has put out public tenders for the sale of 98.79 percent of Imota wine and grapes producer from Imotski and 81.67 percent of plastics producer Adriachem from Kastel Sucurac.
The tenders have been put out under special conditions with the starting price standing at one kuna.
The Imota shares sale tender is open until April 14 and that for Adriachem until April 22.
