Serbian War Crimes Prosecution Indicts British Citizen Milorad Pejic for War Crimes Committed at Ovcara Farm

Zagreb, April 10 (CP) – The Serbian war crimes prosecution has indicted Milorad Pejic for war crimes committed at the Ovcara pig farm near Vukovar in 1991.
Pejic, a 39-year-old locksmith from Vukovar who has become a British citizen and lives in Britian is charged with taking part in the killings of 200 Croatian POWs at Ovcara as a member of the Serb territorial defence of Vukovar in 1991.
Pejic was arrested at the Belgrade airport on March 19, the arrest based on an international arrest warrant issued by the Special War Crimes Court.
