Croatian PM Ivo Sanader Re-elected to the HDZ Helm for the Fourth Time

Zagreb, April 26 (CP) – Ivo Sanader has been re-elected to the post of Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) leader for the fourth time at the party’s 12th general convention on Saturday.
Jadranka Kosor has also kept her position as party deputy president.
Out of the 3,281 delegates, some 2,467 had voted in favour of Sanader retaining his post.
HDZ is currently ruling Croatia in coalition with the Peasant Party (HSS) and the Croatian Social-Liberals (HSLS).
