Some 14 Passengers Taken off the Croatia Airlines Amsterdam-Zagreb Flight due to Flight Attendant’s Illness
Zagreb, April 26 (CP) – Some 14 passengers were taken off the Amsterdam-Zagreb Croatia Airlines flight on Saturday, after flight attendant falls ill and the remaining three flight attendants could only care for 150 passengers in line with the international flight regulations.
The plane setting off from the Amsterdam Schipol airport had to ensure that 14 volunteers are taken off the plane and it took a whole hour to persuade some of the passengers to volunteer and take the next flight and a compensation.
The flight attendant who had fallen ill is feeling well after treatment for an allergic reaction at an Amsterdam hospital.
The plane took off two hours later than scheduled and passengers having to take connecting flights to Sarajevo and Split had planes waiting for them in Zagreb, as requested by the Amsterdam plane.
