Croatian Midfielder Luka Modric Formally Signs for Tottenham

Zagreb, April 29 (CP) — Croatian international midfielder Luka Modric of Dinamo, Zagreb has formally signed a transfer contract with Tottenham Hotspur football club in line with an agreement reached with Dinamo Zagreb and Luka Modric, for a total consideration of 21 million euro payable in instalments over the next four years.
The player’s contract is for a period of up to six years and the agreement is conditional upon the granting of a work permit.
The announcement was made on Tuesday morning on the Tottenham official web site.
