May 23rd, 2008
Zagreb, May 23 (CP) — The Hague Tribunal has decided not to prosecute the 10 Croatian journalists and editors who had published the secret annex of the indictment against Gotovina, Cermak and Markac.
The explanation is that just three days after the publishing of the annex, the ICTY had lifted the secrecy from the documents.
Among the 10 were also four Croatian Television journalists.
