Croatian Agrokor Purchases Montenegrin Stampa Company

Zagreb, June 2 (CP) — The Croatian Agrokor concern has purchased some 87.4 percent of the shares od Podgorica’s Stampa company paying €1.05 million.
The move makes Agrokor the majority owner of Stampa.
The news of the purchase sent Stampa shares at the Montenegrin Stock Exchange soarding.
