German Axel Diekmann Purchases Majority Shares in Nacional

Zagreb, June 18 (CP) – Axel Diekmann, a German businessman has purchased majority shares in the NCL Media Grupa, becoming its new owner through the mediation of the Naxos Medien GMBH.
The Croatian Competition Agency has decided it was safe to allow the transaction, as Diekmann has no other operations in Croatia.
The takeover of the company will have an impact on publishing of news magazines and women’s magazines, monthly publications dealing with health, those about computers and sports magazines.
