The Only Private University in Croatia Gets Operation Approval

Zagreb, June 23 (CP) – Following 16 months of legal wrangling, the Dubrovnik International University, the only private university in Croatia has been given approval of the Science, Sports and Education Ministry to set up international relations and diplomacy, international business dealings and economy and acting courses.
The Univesity will start operating in line with the Bologna process in September 2009 and will be housed at the Dominican monastery in Dubrovnik.
The annual tuition will be €5,000 with stipends being secured for the students by different domestic and foreign companies, trusts and banks.
