Zagreb, January 30 (CP) — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration has refuted claims by Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel who said that over the past few months Croatia had practically severed diplomatic relations with Slovenia and that there has been no contact between the two countries’ foreign ministries for six months.

Slovenia is announcing that the Protected Environment and Fishing Zone (ZERP) will be abolished by the end of the month and it seems that the European Commissioner for Enlargement Olli Rehn is doing his utmost to convince Croatia of backing down from enforcing ZERP.
